Mississippi Mud Cake

2 | sticks | margarine |
4 | | eggs |
2 | tbsp. | cocoa |
1 | cup | coconut |
1 1/2 | cup | chopped pecans |
2 | cups | sugar |
1 1/2 | cup | flour |
1 | tsp. | vanilla |
| Frosting: | |
1 | box | pulverized sugar |
1/2 | cup | margarine |
1/3 | cup | cocoa |
1/2 | cup | evaporated milk |
1 | tsp | vanilla |
- Mix as for a cake.
- Bake 50-60 minutes at 350°. Spread hot cake with large jar of marshmallow creme.
Let cake cool and spread with frosting.
- For Frosting: Beat all ingredients together. When cake cools spread on cake.
